Beautifully designed and contemporary rooms with facilities like a couch and a fireplace. Pretty friendly, exceptionally nice people working here. 5 minutes' walk to the bus stop.

A little too small room.

It has ideal location in the beautiful garden, in a very relaxing area. We usually stay at this family-friendly hotel and will definitely go back there again.

The room was beautiful, there were a TV, a large sofa, and coffee. The location was incredible and great and the free parking was onsite.

Nice hot breakfast, a lot of options available. Very clean beds, peaceful location on top of the whitehaven cliff.

I had a double room and it was huge with bathroom, an outstanding view, for example.

The staff were very helpful and affable. We had delicious and good hot breakfasts and visited a cosy bar on-site.

Nice staff, lovely views of the Cumbrian mountains and the coast, everything is wonderful. The rooms are tidy, new-fashioned, and come with a TV set, a large sofa, and coffee. The breakfast is great and excellent with lots of dishes.

Truly enjoyed my fantastic stay for another night after our trip. The staff members were great and lovely. There was a wide array of food for breakfast, it was gorgeous. The location was great, in a pleasant area, and my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Further, it was just next door to the harbour, and the nice beach at St Bees.

This location was ideal, just off the western lakes and also the nice beach at St Bees, Ravenglass railway and Very near to the town with fantastic views from the top of the hill. The family room I was given was complete with good shower, a large window, as example.

No complains at all, the venue met the needs, would recomand it. I had 3 nights in Whitehaven, spending the time here lovely. I enjoyed the stylish and huge room and family atmosphere. The service was exceptional and the location was ideal. The hotel was a perfect base for enjoying a very relaxing area.

The place is gorgeous and fairly clean. The breakfast with cereals and fresh tomatoes, for instance is superb and delicious for what is offered. The ambience of the hotel is family and the staff is very very helpful and efficient. It offers exceptional services.

The rooms are fashionable, the staff is excellent and incredibly nice. The location is particularly good, in secure lock up for the the Coast 2 Coast.
